I work on the heated massage table with different warm organic oils according to your wishes.
You will experience long, endless, rhythmic strokes over the entire body, which I perform with my fingers, hands, and the soft inner part of my forearm.
But individual body regions such as the head, face, shoulders, back, arms, hands, legs, and feet are also intensely included and massaged.
The dynamics and depth of the touches in Lomi Lomi are variable. Stretching, joint work, and deep fascia massage can also be included.

Lomi Lomi Massage at Lomi Wai in Stuttgart - Origin of Lomi
It is no wonder that Lomi Lomi has its origins in the Hawaiian Islands. Surrounded by the endless Pacific, shaped by a life in harmony with the rhythms and primal forces of nature, the flowing, supportive, enveloping, and protective nature of this massage is understandable, and it makes sense that this way of massaging and touching has been shown to the people of Hawaii.
At its origin, the Lomi massage is a healing practice of Hawaiian families. It was also practiced as a ritual transition ceremony for various occasions and in sacred places.
Hawaiian families often had their own style, which they passed down from generation to generation. This explains why the Lomi Lomi massage is performed very differently. (We Swabians know this principle of diversity well from our countless variations of Maultaschen. 😊 On the Hawaiian Islands and occasionally on the mainland, there is even a Lomi variant that is performed with sticks and feet.
Here, the Hawaiian massage is mainly performed with fingers, hands, and forearms. And this is also how I give the massage.

Before the Lomi Lomi begins, there is an opportunity to discuss your expectations for the massage and your concerns. Perhaps you have a theme you are carrying with you, or you want to give more attention to a specific area of your body, or you simply want to treat yourself to a special, soothing, and relaxing massage experience.
Before the massage, you are very welcome to take a massage shower. I work on the heated massage table with plenty of warm oil, long, rhythmic, endless strokes over the entire body, which I perform with my fingers, hands, and the soft inner part of my forearm. Your head, hands, and feet will also be intensely included. The dynamics and depth of the touches are variable in our massage. Stretching, joint work, and deep fascia massage may also be incorporated.
This full-body massage evolves anew each time, depending on what we have discussed together before the massage. Intuitively, I follow the script that your body and essence dictate to me.
During the massage, you will be undressed. However, your intimate area will always be covered by a cloth and will not be touched. Upon request, I can of course provide disposable underwear. My massage room is very well heated.
During the massage, you will be accompanied by soft Hawaiian music that has a very calm and pleasant rhythm, complementing the massage at Lomi Wai. Or do you prefer a completely different type of musical accompaniment, the sound of a Hawaiian beach, or pure silence?
At the end of the Lomi Lomi, I will stroke your arms, legs, and back with warm, damp towels. After that, you will have plenty of time to reflect, shower, and have a concluding conversation.

I work with fingers, hands, elbows, or forearms. I may mobilize joints or incorporate elements from Lomi Lomi, classical massage work, or fascia massage.
I massage calmly or dynamically or both. I massage gently or powerfully or both. And sometimes I am completely still and let my hands linger, listening or holding.
Your body is the script and guides me, just like what you shared with me at the beginning of the massage as themes or focal points.
